Paz reingans

Now working as an independent designer and photographer, Paz works from his studio in Dallas, Oregon.

For 26 years, Paz was the founder and creative director of PAZ Design Group in Salem, OR. The PAZ team provided creative work for clients in manufacturing, agriculture, retail and healthcare. Projects included brochures, annual reports, trade show displays, packaging design, and website development. 

Previously. Paz freelanced in Portland working for area ad agencies and design studios. Before coming to Oregon in 1979, Paz worked in West Hollywood, CA as a production artist on movie posters and promotional literature, sharing studio space with the airbrush illustrator Charles White III. Paz got his start in the graphics industry in the early 1970s, having been mentored by his sister and graphic designer, Cheryl Poindexter, of Poindexter Design. 

Paz earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and Packaging from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. 

In his free time, Paz has been guitarist in the western swing band, the Oregon Valley Boys. He and his wife, Suzanne, enjoy mountain biking in the foothills around Dallas, Oregon.
